I tried to change my name but when I submit it an error message comes up saying the forum won't except members over 99 years old!
a) this is very ageist ;) and b) I didn't make any changes to my DOB so I couldn't work out what the problem was (I'm not secretly 100 years old).
Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you get around it?

This is weird.
All your data in the admin panel says you are your real age... so there's no error there. The forum should accept users between the ages of 18 and 99. I've now modified that so it will accept users up to the ripe old age of 999, just to see if that'll fix the problem... try again and report back?
Nessa is having the same problem registering, so I'll keep on it.

Hello, I had the very same problem yesterday! I thought it was me just being a whally and not entering things correctly. I wanted to take out the \ of my name and it kept coming up with the ageist remark....weird city.

Awesome. Sorted. Didn't do anything differently so maybe its just calculating my age in dog years or something. xx
