From what I remember about Glasgow's venue, their floor is very similar to the one we're on at CRC - it's the same shiny varnished surface.

It has been a year since I skated there, but I don't remember having any problems with it being slippery. I would have been using the red fugitives at the time, which are a fairly middle of the scale wheel.

There are obviously a lot of factors, but I doubt anyone will have any nasty surprises.

ok i guess im going to have to invest in 4 heartless red voodoo (if thats the grippiest)

am i too assume that if thse are narrower to my other wheels that i will need another 4 less grippy?

Edit: actually scrap that order, just sussed out that my outdoor wheels are 82a so i guess they would be better.

I'm ordering the Atoms TODAY @ 1PM, this is your last chance to pre-order. It will be months before we get any more.

FWIW, The atoms I have are *much* higher quality than the heartless - one of my heartless has totally worn down in under a month! (they're wearing down less slowly than the fugitives did, as well) Their narrow wheels are a bit wider than the heartless, but still narrow. I can't afford to order more wheels though at the moment
